Hey there, I'm Kevin Stewart. I built Equilibria as a personal self-help tool, something tailored to help me understand and manage my own mental health in the way I need.

I believe real stability comes from three pillars: spiritual health through following Jesus Christ, mental health through understanding your own patterns and facing them in healthy ways, and physical health, because the old GIGO rule (garbage in, garbage out) applies just as much to your body as it does to computers.
